We stayed here while we went to the races in Newton and it was what we expected. They let us have our room key early so that we would have it when we got back even though the room was not ready yet. We went to the races and when we got back the room was comfortable. The only issue we had was that the window was open when we got to the room. No screen on it and no way to lock it. The bed was fairly comfortable and the room was clean. Just right for a place to rest for the night.
The check in process was flawless. We found our room very clean. The window was a bit tough to open though. This location was in walking distance to major shopping and eating establishments. For being situated near shopping and the highway, it was surprisingly quiet. Highly recommend.

It's a Motel 6 folks. Shower was hot, bed and pillows were comfortable, decent tv, fridge and microwave, price was right. Towels and provided toiletries aren't great, but again it's a budget hotel. One thing, I booked straight through Motel 6 website as no other sites listed cheaper. It was preset for 2 guests, but I was solo and when I changed it I saved over $20 for two night stay (Sunday and Monday). Every hotel needs to be graded on a scale. There are multiple options in the vacinity. The few times I have stayed in this town, Motel 6 has been cheapest or close to it. If you don't expect frills this is the spot.

This is quite possibly the best Motel 6 that I have ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful, and was able to accommodate my request for a ground level room. The room was clean and well furnished with a microwave and a refrigerator. Add the fact that they accept dogs, makes this the best place to stay in the area.

I do not remember the name of the hotel clerk who was staffed at the hotel counter the stormy evening of Wednesday July 12, 2017, but she was fantastic, most courteous personable attendant. Very efficient in getting us checked in. Even opened hotel door so we can get our bags into building. We noticed refrigerator in room was not working and she immediately checked on it and quickly assigned us to another room. I want to praise her with more than 5 stars as she was beyond excellent. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, quiet, with refrigerator and microwave, all worked very well for us. Very modern bathroom beyond expectations, though a hair dryer would be a nice addition. I was totally satisfied with the accommodations. If I am in the area again, will definitely stay here again.
